Kristen was born and raised on the east coast and intuitively knew at a young age her life and work would move her west.  

 

She attended Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona and was a member of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.

 

Kristen was selected by the Arizona State Society as Miss Arizona and represented the state at the National Cherry Blossom Festival held in Washington D.C.

After graduating from ASU, Kristen moved to Los Angeles to work in the entertainment industry.  For many years she worked as an actress and producer until early one morning while meditating on the beach in Santa Monica, Kristen had an epiphany and decided to change her life. 

 

Today, Kristen is an internationally known Holistic Healer, Reiki Master, Intuitive, Medium, Transformational Life Coach and a sought after expert on Holistic Living and Spiritual Growth.
